Are your periods hard to bear, with terrible moods before your period, strong period pain and other symptoms?

If not, does someone you know suffer like this?

I used to suffer severe symptoms from my teens to my 30s, being 'out of action' for many days each month. Conventional medicine only offered me painkillers and the contraceptive pill - which either didn't help much or caused unwanted side-effects, for me and many other women.

You probably think - like I did - that if you have difficult periods that's just the way it is and you have to learn to live with it. I felt broken and thought I couldn't be fixed.

But I now know that's not true, because when I learned how to restore balance to my body and my cycle with Ortho-Bionomy release techniques, I eliminated my unbearable period symptoms.

Since then I've been able to help many people get free of their nightmare periods and win back more good days in every month, and now I'm on a mission to help everyone with periods get lasting relief from these debilitating and unnecessary symptoms.

I see this as a disruptive model, turning upside-down what we're told about the cause of difficult periods and how to treat them. I think it's high time all girls, women and other folks who menstruate know how to have easier periods. It's a huge part of who we are and we should be able to welcome it, not dread it.
